About IBSAT Exam 2025
IBSAT 2025 registrations will begin from July 01, 2025. Candidates aiming for ICFAI MBA Admission at various ICFAI Business School (IBS) campuses must complete the IBSAT Application form online.
The IBSAT Exam 2025 will be conducted in the last week of December 2025 in remote proctored mode. Candidates planning to appear for the IBSAT should ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before filling out the IBSAT Registration form. The IBSAT Exam Fees can be paid online during the application process.
Applicants with scores in CAT, XAT, NMAT by GMAC, or GMAT are also eligible to apply for ICFAI MBA Admission at IBS campuses.
The IBSAT Result 2025 will be declared in the last week of December. Shortlisted candidates must participate in the Micro Presentation and Personal Interview rounds as part of the final selection process.

IBSAT Exam Pattern
IBSAT exam pattern 2025 includes the number of questions, pattern, marking scheme, and other details related to the exam. As per the IBSAT exam pattern, the question paper consists of 140 MCQs. IBSAT Exam Eligibility
Candidates seeking admission to the MBA/PGDM programme at IBS campuses must fulfill the eligibility criteria below. Candidates failing to meet the prescribed criteria will be disqualified:
- Candidate must have completed the bachelor's degree or equivalent (any discipline) with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
- Students not meeting the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation need to submit the TOEFL / NELT / IELTS score.
- Applicants appearing in their final year of graduation will be eligible to apply.
- Candidates who obtained scores in GMAT, CAT, and NMAT by GMAC will be exempt from taking the IBSAT 2025 exam and can apply directly for the selection process.
